Tibbs is an all day pre-school which provides comprehensive direct care service to children between the ages of 2 ½ and 5. The center is open year round, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The center receives federal funds and state funds under OFC and city funds. The nutrition program provides a daily breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack funded through the Child Care Food Program.
