Joyful Noise is an educational outreach program of the Presbyterian Church of Morris Plains, founded in 1969 to provide the children of the extended community with a high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational program enriched by the fundamentals of our Christian faith. We are committed to providing a safe, secure environment where children have the right to be children and where professionally trained staff facilitates intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical growth.
