Our intention is to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment that will instill trust and a sense of belonging. Each child will be assigned a primary caregiver who will ensure that their personal needs are met and that attention is given to every detail of their day. Your child will create a special bond with his or her primary caregiver as well as develop loving relationships with the other caregivers in the classroom. Our teachers naturally display love, support and encouragement to the children and act as positive role models. It is our priority to retain our teachers, minimize turnover and ensure consistency of care so that the bonds that are formed have the impact that the children deserve- a sense of belonging that will foster social-emotional and inter-personal development.
