Founded in 1968, the Dover Child Care Center is a private, non-profit agency of the United Way of Northern NJ and sponsored by the department of Human Services. It’s under the directorship of the Board of Directors. Our goal for children, newborns to the age of 5, is to expand their pre-school experiences by providing quality and affordable full-time education in preparation for school.
