Our philosophy is to maximize each child's development to his or her potential, in all areas of growth and learning. We believe young children learn through play and exploration. At the Discovery Child Care Center, we encourage children to explore and investigate at their own pace. Our curriculum promotes a well-rounded, enriching experience, providing opportunities for growth through various educational materials, within a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. In addition, DCC strives to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere; to prepare each child with the skills necessary to make sense of the world; and to foster opportunities for children to grow as individuals and experience feelings of self worth.
