We provide a safe environment for the children at all times as well as quality education and care for each child by striving to meet their motional, intellectual, physical and social needs. Our staff members use soft eyes and voices when interacting with the children, parents and coworkers and provide a permission-giving environment for the children. They respond, rather than react, to the children and to one another and speak to the potential of the children and of their co-workers. At Agape, we all work together as a team.
